We ship across India with trusted courier partners. Here's what to expect.

Shipping charges

A flat delivery charge of ₹79 applies per order, shown on every product page and at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders at no extra charge.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (working days). Handmade / made-to-order items may take 3–5 days.
Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Remote / North-East locations may take a few extra days.

Tracking

You'll receive an email as soon as your order ships, with the courier name and tracking number. You can also track every order from My Orders.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable — if the courier cannot reach you, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule (re-shipping charges may apply).

Address changes

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) with your Order ID as soon as possible.
